Utilize creative, simplistic styling to beautifully showcase your house with your existing furniture and accessories. Our project planning outline will allow each seller their preferred level of involvement in the home staging process. Prefer to do the majority of the work yourself? After the consultation and completion of the project planning outline, allow Alicia James Designs to visit your home and fine tune the details for just $95/hr. Accessory and furniture rental available upon request.

SCHEDULE OCCUPIED HOME STAGING

Invoke an emotional connection with your potential buyers through one of our design packages. Begin with kitchen/dining, main living area, master bedroom, and bath. Add additional rooms based on your needs. $95 Initial walk-through payment credited to your account when using Alicia James Designs for your vacant staging needs. Includes staging, 60 day rental period, de-staging, and delivery. Additional monthly rentals available as needed.
